Provide information on long term parking options within EIA parking facilities when curbside is full
Identify passengers with special needs and assist as required by providing luggage carts or wheelchairs
Ensure smooth and efficient flow of traffic in all areas, while optimizing revenues by ensuring all parkers are paid parkers within the metered area of arrivals
Carefully check the time expiration of parking tickets displayed on dashboards
Ensure accuracy is used when issuing parking invoices (handwritten violations)
Report any issues and concerns to the appropriate people
Immediately report all machine malfunctions to the supervisor
Wear assigned uniform
Work outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
High level of professionalism and execution of superior customer service.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts and Overtime (OT) when needed; ability to work weekends is a must.
General knowledge of the surrounding highway/street access points to provide accurate information is helpful.
Must be able to work outdoors through inclement conditions.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Previous experience working in security/parking environments.
Clean driver’s abstract.
Valid Class 5 or better (GDL’s not acceptable).
Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmissions.
Criminal clearance will be required.
Applicant must have at least a class 5 Drivers License no GDL
