Signature Flight Support Edmonton is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
Assist customers with requested services such as fuel, catering, hangar space, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc.
Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints.
Communicate with customers via telephone, fax, face to face, e-mail, Unicom/air to ground radio.
Comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety and security procedures.
Ensure all departing aircraft have all requested amenities.
Transport customers by shuttle van to and from destinations as needed.
Escort crew and passengers to and from aircraft.
Assist customers with loading and unloading baggage as needed.
Maintain and stock amenities in customer areas and ensure that lobby and restroom are clean.
Bill customers for services rendered.
Set up new accounts; maintain records and reports and other clerical duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must have flexible availability - shifts do include evenings/weekends/holidays. Must be available a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Special Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills with MS Word and Excel
Previous customer service experience preferred, FBO experience a plus
Able to obtain an airport security clearance
Valid class 5 driver’s license
Must have a professional appearance and mannerisms
Able to multi-task and establish priorities in a fast changing environment
