Interact and communicate with guests and exemplify the best possible service in a courteous and hospitable manner timely manner.
Provide direction to incoming and outgoing vehicles to maintain proper traffic flow.
Take ownership of situations or tasks by fully understanding the issue, asking for help when needed, communicating progress, and delivering results effectively and efficiently.
Able to properly perform all assigned tasks including notating proper guest ticket information, completing task lists and information logs, adhering to security procedures, and storing keys correctly.
Ensure all customer account information is entered and updated accurately given full attention to details
Attend all Training Courses as directed by Management
Boost Vehicles and Inflate Tires
Answer telephone calls, gate calls, radio calls and email s promptly and professionally.
Assist Team Leads with task completion
Operate vehicles safely obeying all traffic laws and Impark policies. Reporting all incidents and accidents immediately
Maintain the cleanliness of your work station
Accountable for balancing at the end of shift and completing cash out report and deposit slips, handing over all work related equipment,
Ensure all customers account information is updated accurately
Must be over 18 years of age
Must posses at minimum a full class 5 driver's license
Previous customer service experience is an asset
Must have previous experience processing debit, credit and cash transaction.
