Description

High level of professionalism and execution of superior customer service
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and Overtime (OT) when needed; ability to work weekends is a must

• Provide information on long term parking options within EIA parking facilities when curbside is full
• Ensure smooth and efficient flow of traffic in all areas, while optimizing revenues by ensuring all parkers are paid parkers within the metered area of arrivals
• Carefully check the time expiration of parking tickets displayed on dashboards
• Ensure accuracy is used when issuing parking invoices (handwritten violations)
• Report any issues and concerns to the appropriate people
• Immediately report all machine malfunctions to the supervisor
• Wear assigned uniform
• Work outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned by management

Special Requirements

• Must be able to work outdoors through inclement conditions
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience working in security/parking environments
• Clean driver’s abstract
• Valid Class 5 or better (GDL’s not acceptable)
• Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmissions
• Criminal clearance will be required
