Alternate Route Coffee Co is looking for a part-time Operations and Production Assistant to assist with production, fulfilment, and customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of procedures and logistics with a proven history in customer service. Potential for full-time and career advancement available for the right candidate.

Alternate Route Coffee Co is looking for a part-time Operations and Production Assistant to assist with production, fulfilment, and customer service. The successful candidate will Assist with production and operations rolls including but not limited to; quality control tasting, packaging and labeling coffee, order fulfilment and shipping. In addition, the successful candidate will assist with in store sales and customer service support as well as serve customers at our espresso bar.

You understand and agree to work with the same values as Alternate Route Coffee, Strong understanding or ability to learn various computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel, website portals, online shipping platforms, printing, etc., Strong organization and attention to detail skills are a must, Experience in Sales and Customer Service is considered an asset and necessary for the higher compensation, Barista and/or previous coffee work experience is considered an asset and necessary for the higher compensation - Wage to commensurate with professional experience, Room to grow and expand responsibilities and compensation. Shifts are 3-4 days a week and potential weekend events.
